Our maintenance approach for MV transformers includes oil sampling and analysis (for oil-immersed units) to check moisture content, acidity, and dielectric strength. For dry-type transformers, we perform insulation resistance tests, clean air ducts, and monitor temperature profiles. Protective devices such as Buchholz relays, temperature gauges, and pressure relief valves are tested and calibrated. We also check for loose connections, corrosion, and bushing wear, while ensuring that neutral grounding and earthing systems are intact.

Our O&M services for MV switchgear are designed to optimize performance and extend equipment life. We conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), SF₆ breakers, relays, control wiring, interlocks, and earthing systems. Services include cleaning of busbars and compartments, lubrication of moving parts, breaker timing tests, and checking contact wear. We also verify the accuracy of CTs and VTs and recalibrate protection relays as needed. All maintenance is logged and includes thermographic scanning, insulation resistance testing, and functional relay checks..

Medium voltage cables require regular monitoring to ensure reliable operation. Our services include insulation resistance testing, sheath integrity checks, partial discharge detection, and thermographic inspections. We inspect cable joints and terminations for signs of overheating, moisture ingress, or swelling. Where required, we perform re-termination or joint replacements using tested and certified kits. Cable routing is assessed for physical damage or stress points, and cable trench ventilation and cleanliness are maintained. All activities are documented and comply with safety and quality control protocols.
